Founded by a father-and-son engineering team, Emission Free Generators (EFG) was created to solve a simple but critical problem: safe, reliable power is often unavailable exactly where and when people need it. Traditional generators are noisy, dangerous indoors, and fossil-fuel dependent. Batteries are limited by runtime and recharge constraints. We believe people deserve a better option.
Our flagship product, ZenH2, delivers safe, silent, zero-emission power using on-demand hydrogen generated from a solid, stable fuel. With no combustion and no toxic exhaust, ZenH2 can be used indoors or off-grid, providing long-duration energy without reliance on the grid or fossil fuels.

EFG inventor and co-creator of the proprietary chemical formulation. Technical lead for the three-year R&D program that made the EFG a working reality, including prototype development with the US Army and more than 10,000 hours of third-party testing.
